We're returning to Chef Claud Beltran's kitchen for an evening dedicated to Zenato — one of Italy's most celebrated family-owned estates, pioneering both the Lugana and Valpolicella appellations since 1960. Import specialist Thomas Cuni of IMTC Wine Ambassadors guides the evening through five courses and six wines.
