Which stores offer in-store pickup?
We currently offer in-store and curbside pickup at our Pasadena, Glendale, Sherman Oaks, and Woodland Hills locations. Pick up and same day delivery options are also available through our app, available for download in both the Apple Store and Google Play.
How do I place an in store pickup order?
As long as all of the items you are attempting to purchase are available in the desired location, you will have the option to pick-up as part of your shipping options during checkout. If the desired pick up location is not listed during checkout, then at least one or more of the items are not available at that location.
Why isn’t in store pickup available for my order?
If an item is not available at your desired location you will be automatically prompted with other shipping options. If you are looking for availability of a particular item or placing a large order please contact your desired pickup location.

How does in store pickup work?
In store pickup orders are usually ready within two hours during regular business hours. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email stating that your order is ready for pickup. You are welcome to come into the store or call ahead for curbside to pick up your order.

What do I need to bring for my pickup order?
Please have your order number and your valid ID for age verification ready at pick up.
Can Someone else pick up my order?
If you are having someone else pick up the order, please leave their name in the order notes or call the store. They will need a valid ID for age verification. We will not release the order unless a name is provided.
Do you offer curbside pickup?
Yes! Just call the store once you arrive with your order number and an associate will bring out your order. Please have your valid ID for age verification.
Can I add items to my order after I have submitted?
We cannot add items to your order after it has been submitted. Please either place a second curbside order or call the store to place a new order and pay inside upon arrival.
Can I cancel my pick up order?
You can cancel at any time. If you need to change your order, you can call the store to change or remove an item.
