Customers must be at least 21 years of age or older to purchase alcohol. An adult 21 years or older with valid government-issued ID must be present upon delivery to sign for the package. You may be asked to provide a valid government-issued ID to verify identification and to ensure compliance with legal age restrictions.

At Mission Wine & Spirits, we respect your privacy and strive to protect it. Our website is built to be safe for customers who visit and purchase through us. Our commitment is to provide you with the best online experience possible. It is our policy to never disclose any of your personal information at any time. We refuse to sell, rent, or share any customer information to third parties.
Mission Wine & Spirits uses the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to fulfill that order. We use your information to notify you if there are any issues with your order, to provide you with your order status, to charge you for your order and to ship your order. If at any time you would like to change any information in your account or delete your account, use the ‘Account’ link on the top right.
When you register as a member of Mission Wine & Spirits or opt in to receive email offers, we collect information that helps identify you and streamline the ordering process to help serve you better.
Credit Card Transactions & Security:
Credit Card payments made through the missionliquor.com site are completed using an encrypted and secure connection via SSL (Secure Socket Layer) for maximum security. Credit Card transactions are handled by a third-party financial institution which uses the credit card number and billing information to verify the credit card number and process the transaction.
Mission Wine & Spirits only ships within California. We cannot ship to PO/APO/FPO or internationally.
Shipping orders may take up to to 2 business days to process pending availability of certain products. Some items may have delays due to products being transferred to the shipping department to prepare your package.
Carrier shipments may be delayed due to COVID-19.
We provide Ground Delivery through FedEx, UPS, and GLS. Orders will be processed and shipped out during business days, Monday - Friday.

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email stating that your order has been received. This does not confirm that your order will be fulfilled, as all orders are subject to the pending availability of a product. Once an order has been fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number to follow the progress of your shipment.
Please ensure that your address and zip code are correct and complete (unit #, floor # etc.) when placing an order. Carriers may charge $10.00 for incorrect or incomplete information. If the recipient re-routes the shipment, the carrier will adjust the shipping rate and charge an additional $10.00 Fee.
Returns will not be accepted without prior approval. Returned products will be subject to a 10% restocking fee and freight unless otherwise noted. Shipping charges are not refundable.
If packages are rerouted back to Mission Wine & Spirits the products will be refunded. Returned products will be subject to a 10% restocking fee, along with a $5.00 return shipping fee, and all associated freight charges.
Damaged in Transit:
Should any products be damaged during shipping, please contact us by phone or email (626-794-7026, email@example.com) so we may pursue a claim with the shipping company. Please note that damaged products must be returned to receive a refund.
Weather Damage and Tainted Corks:
Some products such as wine may be weather sensitive. Mission Wine & Spirits may delay shipping at its discretion to prevent heat damage or freezing, especially during the months of July through September. Mission Wine & Spirits is not responsible for damaged wines due to ground service once it leaves the warehouse. Upon request, we will hold purchased wines at no additional charge until weather conditions are suitable for shipping.
If you receive a wine with cork taint (TCA) and it is within 30 days of the purchase date, please contact us. We do not guarantee wines after 7 years of vintage date. Please note, shipping charges are not refundable.
Mission Wine & Spirits will arrange shipping on behalf of the buyer to an address furnished by the buyer that will not subject the seller to any sort of illegal actions.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Item photos may not reflect the actual bottle being shipped. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts at our discretion.
