Shipping and Returns
We provide Ground, 2 Day Air and 3 Day Air. All shipping times are business days, Monday – Friday.
Pending availability of certain products, orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Occasionally, some orders will have delays due to the availability of a product.

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email stating that your order has been received. However, this does not confirm that your order will be fulfilled pending availability of a product.
We only ship to California, Arizona, Nevada, and New Mexico.
We cannot ship to PO/APO/FPO or internationally.
Please check carefully that your address and zip codes are correct and complete (unit #, floor # etc.) when placing an order, the shipping company may charge $10.00 for incorrect or incomplete information. If the recipient re-routes the shipment, the shipping company will adjust the shipping rate and charge an additional $10.00 Fee.
No returns will be accepted without prior approval. Returned products will be subject to a 10% restocking fee and freight. We regret that shipping charges are not refundable.
Shipper will make three attempts to deliver before returning products to Mission Wine & Spirits. The products will be refunded, however, returned products will be subject to a 10% restocking fee, $5.00 return shipping fee and freight. We regret shipping charges are not refundable.
Should any products be damaged during shipping, please contact us by phone or email (626-794-7026, email@example.com) so we may pursue a claim with the shipping company. Please note that damaged products must be returned to us to receive refund.
