Shipping and Returns

Shipping Information:

 

Mission Wine & Spirits only ships within California. We cannot ship to PO/APO/FPO or internationally.

 

Shipping orders may take up to to 2 business days to process pending availability of certain products. Some items may have delays due to products being transferred to the shipping department to prepare your package.

 

Carrier shipments may be delayed due to COVID-19. 

 

We provide Ground Delivery through FedEx, UPS, and GLS. Orders will be processed and shipped out during business days, Monday - Friday.

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email stating that your order has been received. This does not confirm that your order will be fulfilled, as all orders are subject to the pending availability of a product. Once an order has been fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number to follow the progress of your shipment. 

 

Please ensure that your address and zip code are correct and complete (unit #, floor # etc.) when placing an order. Carriers may charge $10.00 for incorrect or incomplete information. If the recipient re-routes the shipment, the carrier will adjust the shipping rate and charge an additional $10.00 Fee.

 

Returns:

 

Returns will not be accepted without prior approval. Returned products will be subject to a 10% restocking fee and freight unless otherwise noted. Shipping charges are not refundable. 

 

If packages are rerouted back to Mission Wine & Spirits the products will be refunded. Returned products will be subject to a 10% restocking fee, along with a $5.00 return shipping fee, and all associated freight charges. Reshipping items will be subject to associated freight charges and a $5.00 return shipping fee. 

 

Damaged in Transit:

 

Should any products be damaged during shipping, please contact us by phone or email (626-794-7026, info@missionliquor.com) so we may pursue a claim with the shipping company. Please note that damaged products must be returned to receive a refund.

 

Weather Damage and Tainted Corks:

 

Some products such as wine may be weather sensitive. Mission Wine & Spirits may delay shipping at its discretion to prevent heat damage or freezing, especially during the months of July through September. Mission Wine & Spirits is not responsible for damaged wines due to ground service once it leaves the warehouse. Upon request, we will hold purchased wines at no additional charge until weather conditions are suitable for shipping.

 

If you receive a wine with cork taint (TCA) and it is within 30 days of the purchase date, please contact us. We do not guarantee wines after 7 years of vintage date. Please note, shipping charges are not refundable.
