Terms & Conditions

Age Restriction:

Customer must be at least 21 years of age or older to purchase alcohol. An adult must be present upon delivery to sign for the package.

Shipping Services & Information:

We provide FedEx Ground, 2 Day Air and 3 Day Air. All shipping times are business days, Monday – Friday. 

Pending availability of certain products, orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Occasionally, some orders will have delays due to the availability of a product.

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email stating that your order has been received. However, this does not confirm that your order will be fulfilled pending availability of a product. 

We do not ship to the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Illinois, Iowa, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New York, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah and Washington DC. 

We cannot ship to PO/APO/FPO or internationally.

Please check carefully that your address and zip codes are correct and complete (unit #, floor # etc.) when placing an order, the shipping company may charge $10.00 for incorrect or incomplete information. If the recipient re-routes the shipment, the shipping company will adjust the shipping rate and charge an additional $10.00 Fee.

Returns:

No returns will be accepted without prior approval. Returned products will be subject to a 10% restocking fee and freight. We regret that shipping charges are not refundable.

Shipper will make three attempts to deliver before returning products to Mission Wine & Spirits. The products will be refunded, however, returned products will be subject to a 10% restocking fee, $5.00 return shipping fee and freight. We regret shipping charges are not refundable.

Should any products be damaged during shipping, please contact us by phone or email (626-794-7026, info@missionliquor.com) so we may pursue a claim with the shipping company. Please note that damaged products must be returned to us to receive refund.

Weather Damage and Tainted Corks:

Some products such as wines may be weather sensitive. Mission Wine & Spirits may delay shipping at its discretion to prevent heat damage or freezing, especially during the months of July through September. We do not recommend ground delivery for wines because of potential weather damage. Mission Wine & Spirits is not responsible for damaged wines due to ground service once it leaves our warehouse. Upon request, we will hold purchased wines at no additional charge until weather conditions are suitable for shipping.

If you receive a wine with cork taint (TCA) and it is within 30 days of the purchase date, please contact us. We do not guarantee wines after 7 years of vintage date. We regret shipping charges are not refundable.

Legal:

Mission Wine & Spirits will arrange shipping on behalf of the buyer to an address furnished by the buyer that will not subject the seller to any sort of illegal actions.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Item photos may not reflect the actual bottle being shipped. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders or terminate accounts at our discretion.
