The 2024 Wölffer Estate Summer in a Bottle Loire Valley Sauvignon Blanc is a vibrant, aromatic white wine showcasing classic varietal notes of gooseberry, lime, and elderberry. Crafted in partnership with the Bougrier family in France, this sustainable wine is pale yellow with green hues. It offers a balanced, non-grassy profile featuring excellent acidity, high minerality, and a long lees finish. 

This wine strikes a balance between being fun and serious, making it ideal for pairing with oysters, seafood, or simply sipping on its own.

The palate is refined and ripe, highlighting notes of kiwi and honeydew melon.

It brings that iconic "Summer" vibe in a crisp, elegant package. It is best served chilled to accentuate its refreshing character and lively, citrusy profile, which also complements charcuterie and light cheeses.

Inspired by the overwhelming love and demand for the Summer in a bottle Long Island Sauvignon Blanc, the winemakers felt emboldened to expand their offerings with a special expression from France’s iconic Loire Valley.

As part of their commitment to sustainability and thoughtful diversification, Wollfer embarked on a research trip to this region and were immediately captivated by the vibrant terroir-driven wines of the Touraine AOP.
