A blended whiskey that is comprised of 75% grain and 25% malt, initially matured in ex-Bourbon casks before being finished in casks that previously held Blacks of Kinsale IPA. Resulting in a full flavoured whiskey with notes of nuts, roasted malt and sweet undertones.
