This flagship wine of the Viberti family is a homage to the historical inn and restaurant they owned in the town of Barolo, where the Viberti story began. Produced using 100% Nebbiolo grapes sourced from seven individual single Barolo cru vineyards situated within different microclimates, elevations and soil types. The wine is typically aged over 40 months in large oak barrels, with additional resting time in the cellar. Buon Padre is a wonderfully complex, full bodied wine that opens with notes of preserved fruit and spices, backed by nuances of earth, leather and wild flowers.
