Tristan - Wine Specialist, Woodland Hills
Crafted in California's Central Coast, Union Sacré’s Edelzwicker is a captivating multi-grape blend featuring 33% Pinot Blanc, 30% Pinot Gris, 20% Sylvaner, 10% Riesling, and 7% Gewürztraminer.
Bottled at an approachable 12.2% ABV, it captures the spirit of Alsatian-inspired winemaking.
Unfiltered and unfined, producer notes describe this release as a true "winemaker’s wine"—one where the grapes reveal "something unique each vintage, giving the winemaker complete creative freedom in blending."
In the glass, it unfolds with an expressive aromatic profile of vibrant tangerine, juicy peach, crisp Asian pear, and delicate lily blossoms. As it warms and opens up, the wine continually evolves, revealing subtle layers over time.
It is an exceptional choice to sip slowly and savor while enjoying warm afternoons.
Pair this wine with samosas, rich roasted duck, or a creamy brie cheese.

This is a very solid bottle that punches above its price point. A great daily sipper and tastes good enough to share with friends.
good service
I have been buying from Mission Liquor for a while, great prices and fast delivery. So far so good i highly recommend others.
Only 600 bottles released to the U.S and Mission has some of them so it’s actually a nice price for a 10 year blend of high quality single malt scotches and tastes amazing to me— the bottle’s tasting notes are very accurate
