We set out to make a gin that was definitely a gin, but far more interesting than the traditional London dry style. So we ditched the harsh (and less expensive) juniper in favor of a soft, nuanced Tuscan-grown variety. We topped it with the subtle warmth of cassia and cardamom. And we balanced and brightened it with grapefruit peel. The Walter Collective Gin is well-structured and complex — a delicious leap forward for gin lovers and bartenders everywhere.

Walters Collective Gin

If you drink gin, and particularly martinis, you need to try this fantastic gin. We use Lillet Blanc as vermouth and a twist of lemon. It is absolutely amazing. We particularly like the overtones of grapefruit. Treat yourself and give it a try.
