The Select Editions are annual release of hand-selected casks, each capturing the character of a particular year at The Dalmore. This 15 Year Single Malt is matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon barrels, finished and enhanced by hand-selected Matusalem Sherry and Vintage 2010 Amoroso Sherry casks.
The Aroma: Ethereal honeysuckle, sugared almonds, fresh baked brioche and delicate mandarin, accentuated with light cacao.
The Palate: Vibrant creme brulee, apricot tarte tatin, golden sultanas, red liquorice, white chocolate and cassia bark.
The Finish: Mouthwatering notes of candied citrus, madeleines, and muscat grapes, with soft ginger and baking spice.
