Soft pressing the grapes ferment in stainless steel tanks thanks to selected yeasts for about 8 days in contact with their skins kept in suspension because of daily pumping over .At a controlled temperature of 18°C.

Nose: Dry, velvety, tasty and fruity with a slight after-taste of almonds, pear, some honeysuckle and a distinct minerality

Palate: Refreshingly dry with brilliant acidity and a bitter almond note on the finish. Very well-balanced and harmonious.
