Virgin fresh grape suma, with its distinct aroma from the unique grapes grown in the most fertile land in the Aegean, is distilled with Çeşme’s anise seeds in copper alembics.
The alcohol produced from skillfully distilling the fresh grape suma is filtered 6 times. Smyrna Gold Series, acquiring its unique flavor from the purification of subterranean mineral water found at our distillery, is presented to raki lovers.
