Nose: Fruit and cereal notes to the front (poached pears, baked apples, and oatmeal) with cinnamon, ground ginger, and gentle Oak spice behind.
Palate: Mouth-coating texture with Oak spice to the front of the palate and warm cinnamon running down the middle of the tongue, becoming buttery and nutty in time (almond croissants come to mind).
Finish: Lovely length with a lingering hum of cinnamon and Oak spice. Dark chocolate and café au lait notes keep it mellow.
