Carrier lost package, Mission has not replaced nor refunded in full to credit card

This is NOT a review of Sibona Grappa Reserva that generally is an excellent grappa. This review is my experience with Mission actually having the product delivered and the current status of Mission customer service with respect to the charge for this item including deliver. Again, NOT the grappa, but rather the store.
The Mission carrier, General Logistic Systems USA, emailed me the following message: Per operations this has been missing for more than 5 days and at this time you can file a claim, we apologize for the inconvenience caused to you and your customer. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us. End message. I reached out -- got nowhere. Immediately thereafter, I emailed Mission Wine and Spirits as follows: Dear Info,

Please either try to ship the item again (WITHOUT CHARGING FOR SHIPPING) or provide a full refund including shipping to me on the credit card that was used. Your firm should have the credit card information.

Your firm may choose to file a claim with GLS to recover your loss -- but I do not want to invest my time and effort.

End email to Mission Wine and Spirits. I fully understand that the above was emailed on New Years Eve. Today is Sunday 9 January 2022. There has been no reply from Mission, and the charge has appeared on the credit card statement. Mission should have replied and if anyone there actually reads these reviews, Mission actually may correct the situation (in which case I will modify my rating). I fully understand that Mission cannot control what a carrier (delivery service) does, but that is not my problem either.
