Fruity, savory and floral notes entwine in this uniquely delicious sake. It is complex, evolving and ultimately seductive. Initially, aromas of banana bread, cream cheese and daffodil may appear. But a sip brings lightly tart red cherry and orange pith on a silky palate. Notes of creme fraiche, plantain chips and a slight hint of vanilla add interest. The flavors are long, ultimately finishing with appealing saltiness.
