The double oak finishing process starts with Pursuit United’s signature bourbon blend, which undergoes a lengthy secondary finish using custom 36-month seasoned French oak medium toasted staves. This extra maturation extracts extreme butterscotch notes while imparting a deep amber hue and velvety mouthfeel.
NOSE: Aromas of rich butterscotch and toffee, complemented by the sweet scent of toasted marshmallows.
TASTE: Smooth butterscotch flavors dominate, balanced by notes of luscious vanilla custard.

Put this in a blind against Old Forester 1924. The King of Kentucky lost by a significant margin.. The KOK was mediocre at best. Ethanol with a little flavor.
Mission has great ‘exclusive’ selections and this Cazcanes is truly on point.
