It's always a gamble to how a blended anything compares to its pure form. The fun comes when a blend with many kinds of aging adds flavor to the recommended recipe of straight bourbon. Milam & Greene's blend feels velvety on the tongue, tastes sweet, and has a smooth finish. It would be a fine addition to a collection of regional bourbon interpretations.
A good bottle of whiskey from yet another promising Texas distillery. I did enjoy this bourbon's delightful nose, but I found the finish to be short-lived. In my opinion this bottle is overpriced and I won't be purchasing another.
Excellent. Could be faster shipping to shipping company. Would shop here again.
One of the store employees suggested this wine to me and I'm so glad he did, I was pleasantly surprised at how flavorful it was.
