An excellent example of a Highland Single Malt matured in three types of their finest casks, married together to create a refined single malt of character, like Alexander MacDonnel of Glengarry himself, resulting in an exceptionally well balanced finish and palate.
Nose: Peach blossom and golden barley combine to give the perfect balance of fruit and sweet character.
Taste: Layers of soft fruits, peach, pear and apricot with freshly cut orange peel livening the palate. Crème caramel sweetness and vanilla oak soften the fruit character.
Finish: Medium length with spicy finish.
