Sweetness, acidity and piquant plum flavor distinguish this lovely low-alcohol aperitif. Green plums provide the tartness, artisan rock sugar the sweetness and pure junmai sake the satisfying balance and smoothness. Always serve chilled, either as an aperitif or after-dinner drink. Also lends itself to enjoyable mealtime sipping.
