All the bold, earthy, citrus and floral flavours we love from the original House of Elrick Gin are evident here, but, having less of the Loch Ness water added, this is one big, strong gin that packs a punch.

Nose:  Strong aromas of earthy juniper, citrus and floral notes.

Taste: A very bold gin, leading strongly with the juniper, but heather, rose petal and citrus very evident. A lovely warm peppery hint follows.

Finish: smooth, dry and slightly spicy.

Fine Scottish Gin

This is a fairly traditional, well-balanced gin, made with local, Scottish botanicals and Loch Ness water. If you are a fan of the London Dry style, you will enjoy this one. It makes a very nice G&T with Indian tonic and orange peel.
