I ordered a product on December 14th. It did not arrive until December 30th. I was told it would arrive no later than December 24th. When the product did not arrive I had to call 3 times and I still have not received a refund because they have not sent the shipping company back to pick up the box. The shipping department is less than helpful and even when the shipping company could not find the package they refused to refund me. I will not be purchasing from Mission again.
