This remarkable series of Whiskeys begins at the seed level. Each year, the Master Distiller collaborates with Beck’s Hybrids, a fellow family-owned seed company, to carefully select a unique corn seed varietal. This varietal, which changes annually, is chosen to thrive in Central Kentucky’s growing conditions.

The Heaven Hill Grain to Glass Kentucky Straight Wheated Bourbon Whiskey features a mashbill with a higher secondary grain content than the distillery’s traditional Wheated Bourbon mashbill. Aged for over six years at the Cox's Creek rickhouse, the distillate is non-chill filtered and bottled at 121 proof. Since its founding in 1935, Heaven Hill Distillery has been committed to crafting the highest quality Kentucky Whiskeys. The Grain to Glass line celebrates this heritage, honoring multi-generational partnerships built on trust and handshake agreements rather than contracts.

The tasting experience begins with the warm, comforting flavors of toasted whole wheat bread and rich molasses, complemented by a pleasantly surprising peppery spice.
