Cool nights and warm fall days preserved natural acidity while allowing full flavor development — already being called a standout vintage that captures the finesse and vibrancy Oregon is known for.
The wine opens with dark cherry and spiced cranberry lifted from the glass, layered with earthy undertones, baking spice, and a trace of cinnamon. The palate is shaped by silky tannins, medium weight, and fresh acidity, delivering balance and focus, with a lingering note of ripe raspberry gently rounding out the finish.

Put this in a blind against Old Forester 1924. The King of Kentucky lost by a significant margin.. The KOK was mediocre at best. Ethanol with a little flavor.
Mission has great ‘exclusive’ selections and this Cazcanes is truly on point.
