I recently started by grand marnier in the 750 ml or 1.75 L bottles. To be honest, I was fitting it in to my local liquor guy, order.
Now a days in the U.S. its rare that you can find significant savings by buying a larger size item. I'm pretty sure everyone knows exactly what I mean, particularly during out national belt tightening.
Fitst I personally belie grand manier tastes much better in the 750 and 1.75 bottles. Less harsh, smoother
But heres the mind blower......at the 3 placves I'purchased GM.
750 ml at local market $2.14 per ounce
750 ml at amazon or bevo mo $1.90 per ounce
1.75 at bevo mo .80 cents per ounce.
I am/was a professor of medicine, big emphasis on stats. So I can gaurantee the numbers
If you love GM by all means check it out. big bottle = at least 50% saving. Plus better taste.
I will never buy 375 again. 1.75 ot 750 in a pinch.
Enjoy
