After a 22 hour roast in El Pandillo's stone oven (heated from the top and bottom for consistency in the cook), the piñas are pressed and fermented with native yeasts before double distillation on copper pot stills.

My favorite Blanco!

Great Tequila at a good price. Everything at this distillery is top notch and it starts here with this Blanco. Refined taste. Agave forward with a nice floral balance. Finishes like a spirit double its price. Shots or sipping, this will always be a hit!! Kuddos to Mission for regularly having in stock when most others dont.
