Frapin Cigar Blend XO is distilled over lees and aged in humid cellars which provide roundness and a rich, heavy mouth feel. It is blended to highlight the subtle rancio notes found only in very old cognacs which pair incredibly well with cigars.
On the nose, this XO is lush with vanilla, dried fruits, hazelnuts and stewed berries. The palate is round, rich, and balanced –the impact from new oak barrels is present but not overpowering.
