This is the bar rum at Redbird. It rounded out a Brooklyn Negroni (rum, Meletti amaro, fino sherry) Much better than the Bacardi White Label rum I had before did, and I'm glad it's my new rum now too.
Probitas has completely changed my view of white rums. It's thick, syrupy and full of flavor. Probably one of the view unaged spirits I would drink neat.
Can’t possibly recommend this product more. By far the best white rum I’ve ever had, and easily top 5 rums overall from what I’ve tried.
