First time trying Four Roses, and I picked the single barrel based on positive reviews and word of mouth. Very happy with my choice! This bourbon is spicy yet smooth, with the 100 proof straddling the perfect line between heat and flavor. For a pleasant sipper this doesn't break the bank, and also works well in a spirit-forward cocktails like an Old Fashioned or Manhattan. My bottle was warehouse no. HE and Barrel 65-3D. Cheers!
