Faust Cabernet Sauvignon—a blend crafted primarily from the distinctive Coombsville vineyard estate complemented by fruit from other select vineyards, sets the bar each year for bold, elegantly balanced Napa Valley Cabernet. In 2022, warm temperatures leading into harvest revealed the distinct advantage of sourcing from cooler sites, especially their own cornerstone Faust Estate Vineyard, where they were able to lower ambient temperatures and raise humidity levels by deploying the sprinkler system to help mitigate heat events. Consequently, the fruit retained vibrant acidity underlying lovely intensity, creating a wine with pinpoint balance.
Without question this is the worst bourbon I have ever experienced. There is a funkiness that literally turns my stomach. Buyer beware.

A beautifully balanced and refined expression that showcases the craftsmanship behind it.
