Earlier-than-normal flavor development allowed for harvesting at lower sugar levels, resulting in a vintage marked by clarity, freshness, and vibrant natural acidity.

Put this in a blind against Old Forester 1924. The King of Kentucky lost by a significant margin.. The KOK was mediocre at best. Ethanol with a little flavor.
Mission has great ‘exclusive’ selections and this Cazcanes is truly on point.
