Dixeebe Arroqueno is produced by Valentin Cortes in Santiago Matatlan, Oaxaca. The maguey Arroqueno (Agave americana) used in this mezcal are cooked in an underground pit oven, milled by tahona, and double distilled in a copper still.

Put this in a blind against Old Forester 1924. The King of Kentucky lost by a significant margin.. The KOK was mediocre at best. Ethanol with a little flavor.
Mission has great ‘exclusive’ selections and this Cazcanes is truly on point.
