Decoy Limited's 2023 Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir was shaped by a cool, wet winter and a delayed growing season that pushed harvest into October, with warm spells in the final weeks helping the grapes reach peak ripeness. Careful vineyard management throughout the season yielded wines of deep color, intensity, and vibrant character.
The wine opens with bright cranberry and raspberry aromas complemented by earthy notes. On the palate, oak spice and refreshing acidity are in balance, finishing with lingering cherry and cranberry. A versatile Pinot Noir that pairs beautifully with roasted chicken or anything off the grill.

Put this in a blind against Old Forester 1924. The King of Kentucky lost by a significant margin.. The KOK was mediocre at best. Ethanol with a little flavor.
