Decoy Limited's 2023 Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon was shaped by a landmark growing season that ended three years of Central Coast drought. Heavy winter rains gave way to a mild summer, extending hang time and allowing berries to develop complex, concentrated flavors while retaining natural acidity. The longer season and later harvest ensured full phenolic ripeness and an ideal balance of acid, tannin, and sugar — setting the stage for an outstanding vintage with deep color, impressive depth, and excellent varietal character.

On the nose, aromas of blueberry jam, sage, black currant, and toasted cedar. The palate offers fresh raspberry and bright cranberry with structured tannins layered with warm spice, oak, and vanilla — a full expression of Paso Robles' vibrant character.
