Matured using custom-made casks with French oak for the heads and American oak for the bodies. ‘The Spice Tree’ is a rich, intense malt whisky redolent of cardamom, clove, ginger, and hints of cocoa blended from three different Highland single malt whiskies aged in first-fill and refill American oak before re-casking in these custom casks that were toasted to varying levels. 46% ABV
