A rich and indulgent blended malt Scotch whisky, Art & Decadence is built around the meaty character of Balmenach, layered with whiskies finished in Madeira, Sauternes and Marsala casks. These dessert wine influences bring a succulence and preserved fruit sweetness, complemented by sherry-aged malts and a touch of grain whisky for added silk and gloss.
Creamy notes of banana, toffee and custard lead on the nose, followed by a palate of dried fruits, golden raisin, apricot and apple with plenty of vanilla. The finish lingers on dark chocolate and oak, leaving a whisky that is generous, expressive and unapologetically decadent.
