We bought this on a whim and found a recipe that is delightful.
2 oz gin
1 large pasteurized egg white (optional)
1 oz Combier Liqueur de Violette
0.5 - 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 mint leaf as garnish
Shake well and serve. Enjoy! Perfect for the pool or a late night on the patio with friends six feet apart.
