The 2019 Madame de Beaucalliou is further testament of precision wine making, typical of Ducru-Beaucaillou, dating back to 1720.
On the nose, it opens with dark cassis, black plum, and violet, layered with subtle cedar and graphite.
The palate is medium-plus bodied, offering ripe black fruits wrapped in fine, velvety tannins and a touch of chocolate and baking spice. Fresh acidity keeps the wine lively, and the finish lingers with elegant minerality.
