Auchroisk distillery, pronounced ‘’OH-thrusk’’, officially began production back in 1974. Finished in Manzanilla sherry casks since 2023, this bottling displays sweet and fruity notes of banoffee pie, ripe fruits and demerara sugar. The finish features a savory note of butter popcorn.

Put this in a blind against Old Forester 1924. The King of Kentucky lost by a significant margin.. The KOK was mediocre at best. Ethanol with a little flavor.
Mission has great ‘exclusive’ selections and this Cazcanes is truly on point.
