Immediately the longest-aged Irish whiskey available every day, Bushmills® 30-Year-Old has been aged in hand-selected bourbon barrels, Oloroso sherry casks, and PX sherry casks, creating a powerful and uniquely complex flavor profile, a richness that can only be achieved by thirty years in barrel. 30 Years of Maturation: Triple-distilled from 100% malted barley, the inaugural release of the Bushmills® 30-Year-Old was first aged in hand-selected bourbon barrels and Oloroso sherry butts for fourteen years along the cold north coast of Ireland, then married and further aged in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks for fourteen years that were seasoned for two years with Jerez's precious fortified wine.
