Created from Eaux-de-Vie grown in the premier terroir of the region, Grande Champagne, this Cognac represents the most exclusive and sublime expression of V.S.O.P. Aged for a minimum of 4 years, with the majority up to 7 years, the Cognac is bright gold with hints of bronze. Elegant and extraordinarily smooth with notes of peach, melon, and tobacco on the nose. Sweet spice, clove, and a hint of vanilla on the palate.
Aged a minimum of 4 years, the majority of Eaux-de-Vie 7 years old. Grapes hand-harvested 100% Grand Champagne 1er Cru Appellation. 100% Estate Sourced from the top appellation in the region, known for greatest finesse and elegance. Distilled in an original pot still from the 1800's. Sessile Oak used to impart more elegance and finesse. Some barrels 50+ years old.
