Produced by finishing Bluecoat American Dry Gin in new American Oak for a total of 8 months. This results in a well rounded, complex liquid with hints of caramel, vanilla and toffee without sacrificing the juniper or peppery notes. Perfect for a twist on any traditional whiskey or gin cocktail, delightful with tonic or sparkling water as a long drink with real flavor. Awarded DOUBLE GOLD at the 2021 San Francisco WSC.

oaky, spicy hybrid between gin and whisky

You get the pleasant cool hit of juniper along with the warm smoky, oaky funk of bourbon in this hybrid white and brown spirit. Try it in a Juniper #3: 1 ounce Bluecoat Barrel-Aged gin, 3/4 ounce Rothman and Winter Apricot liqueur, 1/2 ounce Campari, 3/4 ounce lemon juice, pinch of salt. Shake and strain into chilled double od-fashioned glass.
