Bayou Rum® Select showcases a deep mahogany in color with hints of apple, cinnamon and vanilla on the nose. This demi-sec style rum delivers a balance of vanilla oak, maple and cinnamon on the palate and rounded with structured, lingering notes of oak and dark fruit. Aged for up to three years in American Oak X-Bourbon barrels using the Solera method.

The Bayou Select is one truly delicious rum. Rum is my drink, and this one surpasses all the rums I've tried. So smooth, and no bite or burn at all. Just slightly sweet with a hint of coconut and caramel. It makes one crazy delicious drink!
