Bati [bah-ti] were the fearsome Fijian warriors and protectors of their homeland.
The Fijian islands are renowned for their pure water, nourishing the sugar cane growing in rich volcanic soil. The hand-cut sugar cane is distilled into rum then filtered through coconut shell carbon to capture the taste of Fiji.
Highly awarded internationally and brought to you by RUM Co. of Fiji, our BATI Fijian Dark Rum is aged for 2 years in oak barrels and has an intense dried fruit aroma, with molasses and charred oak flavors. Most recently, this rum received a Double Gold medal at the 2019 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
