Cachaça is similar to rhum agricole in that it's made from sugarcane juice and has some of the same grassy and funky notes. This one is aged in balsam wood casks which dries out the finish and adds a little bitterness. Definite honey on the nose like its cousin, Avuá Amburana Cachaça. Try it in a Caipirinha!
