Arriesgado Añejo is the boldest expression in the lineup — 100% Blue Weber agave from Amatitán, harvested at seven years of maturity, cooked in a wood-fired clay oven, milled with a traditional canoe and mallet tahona, and aged sixteen months for a depth that sets it well apart from commercial añejos. Bottled at 45% ABV, the nose opens with butter, agave honey, caramel, grapefruit, notable menthol, and light wet earth. The palate delivers strong vanilla and oak alongside smoky, citrus, and subtle jasmine notes, finishing bold and spicy with a lingering smokiness.
