Anís del Mono Seco is a bright, transparent liquid in a beautiful diamond-cut bottle. This dry, aromatic anisette is made by distilling natural aniseed with fellow aromatics. Once the essential oils from these plants are obtained, they are mixed with neutral alcohol, demineralised water, and sugar cane.
This collection of delicious ingredients is then shaken before being filtered and bottled. Traditionally, Anís del Mono Seco is enjoyed on the rocks with a splash of water. It is also not averse to being enjoyed alone neat, on the rocks, or even mixed into other drinks such as cocktails or coffee.
