93 PTS: WHISKY ADVOCATE - "Part of Aberfeldy’s Exceptional Cask collection, this was finished for just over 2 years in red wine casks from the Languedoc appella- tion in southern France. You’ll spot this influence immediately: The nose is ripe with strawberries, mulled wine, orange peel, fresh lemon, and vanilla. The palate is creamy and bright with lemon curd, but there’s also notes of dried apricot, orange zest, and peppery spice. The long, flavorful finish, complete with plum tart, candied nuts, and more fruit, ties this up nicely."

Put this in a blind against Old Forester 1924. The King of Kentucky lost by a significant margin.. The KOK was mediocre at best. Ethanol with a little flavor.
Mission has great ‘exclusive’ selections and this Cazcanes is truly on point.
