We're returning to Chef Claud Beltran's kitchen at Bacchus Kitchen + Wine Bar for an evening dedicated to one of Italy's most celebrated family estates — Zenato.

Founded in 1960 on the banks of Lake Garda, Zenato has spent over six decades pioneering both the Lugana and Valpolicella appellations, from their signature Trebbiano di Lugana to their award-winning Amarone and Ripassa. Guiding the evening is Thomas Cuni, co-founder of IMTC Wine Ambassadors and import specialist with over two decades of global wine experience.

The evening features five courses and six wines — from a rosé reception through to Zenato's flagship Amarone alongside chocolate tort.

Zenato Winery

Founded in 1960 by Sergio and Carla Zenato on the banks of Lake Garda, Zenato has spent over six decades becoming one of Northern Italy's most celebrated family estates — pioneering Trebbiano di Lugana and establishing themselves as a premier producer of Valpolicella, Ripassa, and Amarone. Guiding the evening is Thomas Cuni, co-founder of IMTC Wine Ambassadors and a graduate of the University of Bologna's Food Science and Oenology program, whose two decades of global wine experience and gift for storytelling make every tasting as entertaining as it is educational.
