Join us for an intimate winemaker dinner with Hugh Davies, President of Schramsberg Vineyards and Davies Vineyards. Born the same year his parents purchased the historic Schramsberg Estate in Calistoga, Hugh has spent his life building on a remarkable family legacy β€” training at UC Davis, MoΓ«t et Chandon in Γ‰pernay, and Mumm Napa Valley before taking the helm of America's most celebrated sparkling wine producer.

The evening features five courses paired with six wines β€” from a Blanc de Blanc reception through to a Demi-Sec dessert pairing β€” showcasing the full range of what Schramsberg and Davies Vineyards have to offer, including the J. Schram Blanc, Brut RosΓ©, Keefer Ranch Pinot Noir, and Diamond Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon. Tickets are $150 per person plus tax.

Hugh Davies

Hugh Davies was born in 1965 β€” the same year his parents purchased the historic Schramsberg Estate in Calistoga. Raised among the vines, he went on to train at UC Davis and MoΓ«t et Chandon in Γ‰pernay before returning home to take the helm. Now President of Schramsberg Vineyards, Hugh has spent decades expanding the winery's reach while building the J. Davies Cabernet Sauvignon and Davies Vineyards Pinot Noir programs into critically acclaimed expressions in their own right.
